Question by dover8011: 1080i vizio plasma connected to a samsung bdp-2500 blu ray 1080p?
i have a vizio 1080i plasma in the family room. i also have a 1080p vizio lcd tv in my bedroom. i just bought the newer samsung bdp-2500 blu ray player which says it is 1080p. which tv should i hook it up to for the best picture or will i even notice a difference?

Chances are you wont even notice a difference. While 1080p is technically a better resolution most people given a comparison wouldn’t be able to tell a difference. I would hook up the player to the TV that you watch movies on the most.

    Theoretically 1080p is better. However, depending on a number of factors, you may not notice a difference. Just hook it up to the one you watch movies on and enjoy. Or you could do a side by side test.
