I have a Samsung 40″ plasma 720p, it is hooked up to our Playstation and the graphics are great, very clear. The 1080p was a little more than we wanted to spend and I honestly just didn’t see the difference.

If you are going for anything bigger than 42″ then get the 1080p. You can’t really notice a difference between 720p and 1080p on small screens.

If you want to get the most out of your PS3 (blu ray or gaming) get a 1080p.

    1080p is Full HD
    720p is HD
1080p is better! The resolution comes better with the image quality. The pixels stay more organized.
