720i simply means it’s interlaced. So yes, it does exist. Not really a commonly used standard, but definetly exists.

  19. jmmatos23 says:

hmmm… I have a problem. I upgraded from a 17″ non lcd monitor to a 19″ SOYO DYLM1986 and now I cant play bf2, and joint operations wont accept a higher res that 1280×768. I’m using a VGA cable because it didnt come with the DVI one, would that be the reason of the problem??? or it just sucks….

  20. SwordMasterz2 says:

lol, he play spiderman 3, good review!

  21. marcoshenz says:

Yes, 1080i refreshes half of the horizontal lines every cicle, when 1080p does all of them.

It’s “”capable”" of 1080i because it cuts off 30 pixels, or resizes the image, f*cking everything up.

  22. forumdude123 says:

    yea, thats y i gave u a thumbs up

  23. TESCOZsomle says:
