A verry strong mount

I have not yet hooked a TV to this Bracket. But I must say the bracket is extremely well made and verry strong and heavy. I was impressed when removing it from the box, and mounting it to the wall. Purchased mine from S A M s C lub and you might check the price. I know this will hold my new 52" I'm just worried about my wall studs.
Not Easy! Won't work for all 65" TVs.

I had multiple problems with this product. You need a metric socket set. They include a joke wrench, but there is no way that tiny thing can screw the lag bolts into studs. These 8 lag bolts are seriously big, and require a large amount of torque (I almost had to ice my arm when I was done) to put in. Even with a brand new 12" metric socket set that I had to run out and buy, I was wishing I had a pneumatic impact wrench. With the lag bolts, even with the included level, it is very difficult to get the thing level. I am currently using an allen wrench as a shim to level the TV. Fortunately, that is working for me.

I have a 65" Sharp LCD TV, and this product's attachment bolts were all too small to attach to my TV. I had to buy bolts, and then drill out the brackets to get them to fit. Be cautious about using this product for the upper size range that they say this will support.
The real product is different than the picture. Horrible tech support.

I purchased the product becasuse I saw the picture and believe it will fit the 8" apart stud. And I was wrong, the picture shows many holes in the middle, but in real product, there is no holes in the middle.

I called the customer support. They were basically useless. They even cannot go to internet to check the picture from Amazon. They promissed me to call me back, but never did. After I call them many times, eventually someone call me later but too late, I have already returned the product to Amazon.

The people in the support do not even know what the real product look like - very disappointed. Also, they keep telling me even the real product looks different than the one they advertised, this is still my fault becasue before I buy the product, I was suppsed to call them first - this is really a joke - I order many things online. Should I call each manufacture to verify if they used a wrong picture to advertise the prodcut?

Should people running the company admit the mistake and correct it?
